- Title: In Plain Clothes
- Date: 6th October 2008
- Summary: Each light-box was custom built to house an individual video projector. The 'boxes' are constructed entirely of frosted white acrylic, which is both opaque enough to conceal the projector inside and transparent enough to allow projected light to pass through. The internally sited video projector projected video imagery onto one of the ends of the box, the frosted white Perspex acting like a back projection screen. The 'boxes' are intended to function as both sculptural elements in themselves, and a unique, innovative way of presenting video imagery. Again, it is important to note that the light-boxes were meant to be seen as part of the whole installation, not as separate pieces of art. Their layout within the space, the physicality of the light-boxes, and their relationship to one another, to the architecture of the performance space and to the dancers was as important as the video imagery itself.
