- Summary: Sasha Keir trained in theatre design and then spent three years at the Royal Opera House learning the classical forms of costume construction. She set up her own costume studio in 1983 and produces for film, TV, opera and dance all over the world. She has collaborated with many choreographers including Souls in Motion / Shall We Dance for Anthony Van Last/NGM, Kol Simla and Eidolon for Rambert Dance Company, Les Noces and The Gardens of Joys and Sorrows for Arc Dance, Pulchinello Disperato for Mark Baldwin, Push for Sylvie Guillem and Russell Maliphant and for Theo Clinkard. Keir's working relationship with Siobhan Davies Dance spans many years and includes Winnsboro Cotton Mill Blues, Affections, The Art of Touch and Wild Air as well as A Stranger's Taste for The Royal Ballet in 1999 and the revival of Sounding for Rambert in 2001.
